Property Transactions Coordinator

Are you a solution focused individual with experience of property sales and purchases?

Our small team provides high quality housing services to our retired ministers. The United Reformed Church Retired Ministers’ Housing Society is a community benefits society providing housing for church ministers in retirement. We own and manage around 280 properties dispersed across England, Scotland, and Wales. In this role you will be responsible for the administration of buying and selling properties for the Society, being the main liaison between all the parties.

You will be educated to degree level, have experience of working in the housing sector and possess working knowledge of the conveyancing process. You are an excellent communicator with an aptitude for negotiation. Highly organised and able to determine priorities, you will also be a team player willing to support your colleagues. Good interpersonal skills including diplomacy, confidentiality and careful listening are essential.

We can offer you a flexible and friendly work environment: based at Church House in London with hybrid working from Church House and from home a possibility.
