We are currently seeking a Service Charge Assistant to join the Rent & Service Charge team to assist with the management of the service charges for our properties. Ensuring that customers receive an excellent service and queries are answered within proscribed timescales. 

What you will be doing:  

  • Working within allocated area of responsibility to assist the rent and service charge setting and service charge reconciliation process. 

  • To assist the delivery of excellent service to the rest of the organisation, working with colleagues to ensure customers receive a value for money service.  

  • To assist with income maximisation as directed and ensure customers are provided with an excellent service.  

  • Utilise data analytics to uncover inconsistencies and other issues. 

We’d love to meet someone with:   

  • Excellent numeracy skills and an ability to understand, analyse and manipulate information and data 
  • Good IT skills with proven ability to use Finance Systems, Microsoft applications, particularly use of Excel and other software packages  

  • Finance or Housing/Property experience
