To complement our Boards at Rooftop Housing Group, we are looking for an individual with effective leadership skills, a strategic mindset and an ability to work with our Executive Team to demonstrate the highest standards of governance and sound decision-making principles.

We are particularly interested in applicants who may have experience in:

• People and organisational change
• Embedding Equality, Diversity and Inclusion principles

An understanding of our communities and local issues would be an advantage but is not essential.

Rated by the Regulator of Social Housing as a G1/V1 organisation, we have demonstrated our ability to operate as a high performing dynamic business, offering housing, accommodation and support to young and older people in Worcestershire and Gloucestershire. Our Values support our commitment to work together to make things better for our customers and communities.

Our Board meetings are held in person but our committee meetings are electronic.
