We currently seeking a Development Officer to join our team based in Warrington. The main purpose of this role is to help us achieve our objective to provide quality new homes to live in, leading and assisting on delivering development projects to meet these aspirations and source new scheme to add to the programme.

 

 

This is an important role in which you will:

● Assist on delivering the monthly, quarterly and annual performance indicators set in relation to individual schemes and the wider development programme

● Assist / lead on and be responsible for the delivery of schemes to programme

● Assist on the financial appraisal and budgetary management of individual development schemes through effective liaison with finance colleagues

● Contribute and assist in sourcing development schemes for the development programme that meet financial parameters

● Contribute to an environment based on trust, mutual respect and integrity

● Ensure that specific focus and assistance is given to achieving efficiencies in development processes and continually review and assess systems to achieve best in class

 

 

To be successful in this role you will:

● Have a track record in assisting in the delivery of project management services within development

● Have experience of working for a housing association, developer, contractor and of sourcing development schemes

● Have evidence of delivering good practice in business partnering models to support business needs

● Have a track record of assisting with improving business processes to improve business performance

● Have experience of managing change through combining excellent project management skills with an inclusive style to deliver intelligence led improvements

● Have demonstrable governance and financial compliance management experience
