What you'll do

Do you like speaking to people, being helpful and delivering a positive customer experience every time?  Are you looking to work in a friendly and supportive team?

You’ll be telephoning Optivo residents to complete customer satisfaction surveys, accurately recording responses and feedback onto our systems.

You’ll use your excellent communication skills to build positive relationships quickly, even if the person that you’re speaking to is unhappy.  You’ll be able to deal with customers effectively and objectively, diffusing emotive situations where necessary.

This role is offered on a fixed term contract for 6 months, working on a part-time basis for 22 hours per week.  We can offer a hybrid working arrangement, with regular days working from our offices in Sittingbourne, alongside working from home.

What You’ll Need

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external customers.

You’ll be computer literate, able to take notes and input them onto our systems quickly and accurately.

You’ll be self-motivated with a ‘can-do’ approach to your work and problem solving.

Closing date: Sunday 21st August at 23:59
