We're currently recruiting a Document Controller to be the central point of the delivery team for all document and data management. The role will progress towards the data and digital management approach as all process and procedures within Clarion are digitised. This role will have the potential to lead towards the understanding and management of BIM processes as outlined by our DTI team.

In this role you will work with the Delivery project team supporting the Delivery Management / Commercial Manager / Quality Inspector by administering manual and IT systems and assisting with day to day administration responsibilities. The role is a vital part of a busy team and the post holder will be intrinsic is the successful delivery of all elements of the project from initiation to completion and handover.

A few other key skills and attributes include:

  • Experience of Document Management Systems along with excellent IT skills (Word, PowerPoint & Excel), including databases, spreadsheets and other electronic records.

  • Strong Understanding of BIM working processes as well as an understanding of terminology used within a development and construction environment and knowledge of the residential development arena and operating environment.

  • Ability to read technical drawings as well as an understanding of technical documents used in construction and their purpose would be desirable.
