Job Details
Peabody have an opportunity for a Care Support Worker to join our service in Colchester. You will deliver high quality and effective care and support which promotes the independence, wellbeing and inclusion of all the customers, in accordance with Peabody's values, policies and procedures. As a Care Support Worker you will advocate, care and encourage choice.
We are happy to consider part time candidates as part of a job share.
We are looking for a caring and compassionate person who can coach and support people with learning disabilities to live their best life. Joe enjoys going for walks, shopping, gardening and spending time with his family. You will be working over a 24/7 rota.
It is most important that you are kind hearted, passionate about people and ready for a challenge. We offer a full training package and a thorough induction.
