Home Based Working, with expectation to travel to Bristol for training and 121's

Joining us as a Customer Experience Advisor, you will help Stonewater deliver its customer promise in delivering a high level of customer service and delivering a right first time approach whilst adhering to target times. You will deal with a variety of enquiries into the Customer Services Centre in relation to repairs, estate management, rent and all other social housing enquiries. Whilst telephone is the primary channel, we are seeing a move to email and webchat amongst other channels and in joining us you will be given the opportunity to train in all aspects of the Customer Services Centre.

By joining our team you will have full support in your role as we maximise the benefits of working from home and meeting regularly

Role includes shift work to cover our opening hours of 8-8 Monday to Friday and 9-1 on a Saturday

So, if you;

  • Have experience of working in customer contact centre or customer service environment.
  • Have great computer skills and are confident working within multisystem environments.
  • Thrive under pressure whilst also able to deliver consistent, high levels of customer service.
  • Can work pro-actively in a team environment, supporting colleagues and sharing the workload.
  • Have excellent communication skills with the ability to deliver a range of information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Are committed to continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Have good numeracy and literally skills.
  • Are highly organised with the ability to prioritise workload and meet targets.
