Asset Compliance Co-ordinator
Wellingborough - Hybrid working / Home based - with an option to book a desk in the office.
£26,811 per annum
Full Time – 37 hours per week
Fixed Term Contract – 12 months

The role:
You will assist the Asset Compliance and Health and Safety Team with the collection, validation, updating and analysis of data necessary to achieve compliance including daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly review of information, with the aim of driving continuous improvement and provision of accurate data to manage performance.
What we are looking for:
Our successful candidate will have the following skills and experience;
· Working knowledge of compliance obligations within housing sector particularly experience in key risk areas such as Gas. Support will be required on other risk areas from time to time, such as Legionella, Asbestos, Lifts and Electrical Safety.
· Experience of working in a housing or property maintenance environment
· Collection, validation, storage, and analysis of business data.
