Housing & Support Manager 

Salary: Up to £37,143 per annum 

Location: Burton Upon Trent, Staffordshire   

37 hours per week

The role of Housing and Support Manager plays a key part in delivering Trent & Dove’s commitment to supporting customers to sustain their tenancies and live happy and healthy lives. The Housing and Support manager will motivate, line manage and inspire high functioning, outcomes focused teams which currently consists of three homeless prevention services and a tenancy sustainment team. 

The successful candidate will create processes and procedures to monitor, evidence and improve delivery ensuring a person-centred approach across all areas of work. 

Experience of supported housing, housing management, safeguarding, and operating within a risk-based approach is vital to this role which sits within Trent & Dove’s Neighbourhoods team.
