Job Details
We are looking for an experienced, polite and customer service focused individual who will be responsible for completing the installation of kitchens and bathrooms of domestic and commercial properties to a high standard.
About us
Connect Property Services Limited is our wholly owned subsidiary of Catalyst Housing Limited, offering a full range of repairs and maintenance services to Catalyst customers’ homes, across Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Cambridgeshire, Hertfordshire, Northamptonshire and West London.
Catalyst will join the Peabody Group as a subsidiary on 1 April 2022, before fully merging in April 2023. The new organisation will be responsible for 104,000 homes, with 220,000 residents across London and the South East of England. By joining together, we’ll go further and faster with our plans to improve our services, invest in our homes and communities and create innovative solutions to the challenges of carbon consumption and building safety.

- Are you an experienced professional with carpentry, joinery, and plumbing qualifications?
- Do you have health and safety awareness?
- Are you ready to work on your own initiative and problem solve?

We currently have a great opportunity for a kitchen & bathroom installer to join us on a permanent basis.
Do you have what it takes?
To succeed in your role as a kitchen & bathroom installer, you will:
- Ensure that all customer homes are maintained to the highest possible standards and that all statutory and regulatory requirements are met
- Carry out refurbishment works of all customer homes in accordance with current Building Regulations and Health & Safety Legislation
- Provide an efficient and effective service as a member of the Operations team and create an environment enjoyable to work in
- Have Installation experience with aids and adaption’s/wet rooms
- Must possess a full, well-maintained tool kit suitable for the trade at all times
- Extensive proven experience in Kitchen and Bathroom refurbishment works
