We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Sales Progressor to manage a small team of Sales Progressors. You'll be responsible for managing the daily progression of individual transactions for new build shared ownership and Market sale, Asset Sales including resale shared ownership and Rent to HomeBuy (RTHB) transactions through to exchange of contracts and completion.  

Delivering an exceptional customer experience for purchasers, vendors and our current homeowners, you will contact customers, solicitors, conveyancers, estate agents, surveyors and financial organisations such as broker or financial advisors to look at ways the transaction can move forward achieving exchange of contracts within KPI. Further to this you will be responsible for instructing our new build plot sales and RTHB, liaising with Development and our solicitors on the sites ensuring conveyance plans, leases, service charges are set up at least 3 months prior to launch of a development. 

We’d love to meet someone with the experience below: 

  • Well developed; verbal and written communication skills.  

  • Demonstrate excellent collaborative skills when working with colleagues and stakeholders.  

  • Experience within a customer focused environment  

  • Excellent organisational skills.  

  • Experience and understanding of the new build / residential conveyance process  

  • Proven knowledge and understanding of Shared Ownership 

You must be from a sales progression, conveyancing or property law background but we will consider those looking to take a step up into a management role.
