The post holder will provide administrative support to the Income Team who work to maximise income for the organisation. Providing excellent customer care and a point of contact for customers.
The Income Team Administrator will collate and distribute statistical information in varying forms in a timely fashion. Carrying out routine tasks under the direction of the Income Team Leader and by delegation of tasks from Income Officers
Top key skills needed to be successful in the role are;
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with people of all ages, and at all levels and abilities
• Excellent organisational skills, with an ability to organise own workload; to work with minimal supervision, and sometimes to work to deadlines and under pressure
• Experience of working in a customer focussed service
• An empathetic approach to customers who may, for a variety of reasons, be experiencing stress and difficulties
• A good knowledge and practical experience of IT systems, including the Microsoft Office suite of applications
