Clarion Housing Group is the country's largest housing association with 125,000 homes nationwide. First and foremost, at our heart, we're a social landlord - we mix public and private money to provide affordable homes, primarily for people who can't meet their housing needs on the open market.

We're a property development company, a charitable foundation and a repairs and maintenance service, with an ambitious target to build 5000 sustainable units per year. As an employer of choice we believe that the key to our success is our people.

Our development business has a pipeline of 16,000 new homes in the development programme. We operate across all tenures of residential build ranging from affordable, BTR and private sale undertaking mixed use projects in excess of over a £1bn.

We're looking to recruit a dynamic and professional Project Manager (Regeneration Projects) to oversee and integrate the Group's Project Management (pre-construction activities), Design Management and Cost Planning activities. You'll be responsible for design & technical consulting, management of commercial appraisals and for ensuring the pre-construction build-ability necessary to convert a development brief into a design and de-risked solution that can be guaranteed and delivered by our contractors.

You'll represent the conduit and co-ordination between the Development process and the Construction process and play a critical role in the success of our development ambitions. You'll need extensive property development experience, particularly in a housing regeneration environment and could be from Client, consultancy or a contractor background. Experience of medium to large scale residential projects is essential. You'll have appropriate development/construction qualifications and being a member of a relevant chartered institute is preferable.

We're seeking a manager with strong project management skills and the ability to support Clarion's development objectives & commercial requirements. If you can demonstrate the skills and experience detailed in the role profile below then get in touch today!
