- Produce creative and innovative design concepts and repro-ready and web-ready artwork to a high standard in line with Eastlight’s brand guidelines.
- Liaise with colleagues and partners throughout the design process, communicating design rationale clearly, ensuring all work is delivered to brief, on schedule and on budget, and adhering to the agreed sign-off process.
- Maintain and update knowledge of design techniques and technologies to support day-to-day work.
- Apply colour theory and typography to each project whilst adhering to Eastlight’s brand guidelines.
- Apply and actively promote the principles of the Eastlight’s Equal Opportunities Policy in all areas of employment and service delivery.
- Support and promote Eastlight’s Membership drives, Community Fund and Community and Housing Investment Partnership (CHIP) initiatives.
