Are you an experienced carpenter/multi-trader with a background of domestic repairs and passionate about delivering excellent customer service?

Repairs and maintenance services affect our customers personally, impacting their quality of life and satisfaction with their homes. To provide the very best services possible, we are bringing our repairs and maintenance service in-house and are looking for professional tradespeople who care about what they do. You will also need to be a confident ‘people person’ who will go the extra mile to deliver quality work and a fantastic customer experience.  

 

We’d love to meet someone with: 

  • NVQ level 2 or higher Carpentry
  • Excellent knowledge of carpentry and joinery within domestic homes and communal areas, with proven experience of diagnosing, repairing, and resolving issues
  • Demonstrable experience and knowledge in other construction trades and activities, being able to deliver repairs outside of your core trade when required
  • Relevant health and safety knowledge
  • A strong, demonstrable commitment to excellence in customer service through empathetic and considerate approaches and great communication skills
  • Sufficient IT skills to carry out basic tasks on a computer or hand-held device
  • A full driving licence

There will be a two-stage Interview process for these roles.

These roles will need a basic DBS check which bpha will pay for.
