Christchurch Housing Society is a small and unique social housing and care provider that has been meeting the needs of older people in Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole for the last 75 years. We own over 600 flats as well as a nursing and care homes. We are looking to recruit a permanent Housing Officer who will join our busy and friendly team based in the heart of Christchurch, just a stone’s throw away from the station.

We are looking for an experienced housing officer to join our established team as we continue to improve and modernise our services. You’ll be able to contribute by having the time to deliver a full range of services including rent collection, arrears management, voids and lettings tenancy management and enforcement and ensuring that our communities are safe and pleasant places to live.
