This exciting new role of Data Project Manager has been created to assist with data quality management within our Data & BI Team. The successful candidate for this role we will be able to come in and make this role their own.

We are seeking a data champion who will be able to promote data quality management across Optivo and provide training/technical support to business users. Within this role you will work with our IT department to ensure the implementation and deployment of IntoZeta which will be our data management system. As the Data Project Manager, you will take full ownership of the software and its governance arrangements.

This role is important as we move closer to merger with Southern housing as data produced must be credible and delivered to a high standard to our Leadership and Executive Team. You will have the opportunity to work with multiple departments across the organisation.

What you’ll need:

  • Proven track record of project management in IT/Data/software deployment
  • Experience in gathering requirements and working with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Good IT literacy and understanding of concepts relating to data warehousing
  • Knowledge of data governance and data quality in particular
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Great stakeholder management
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Great organisational skills
  • Strong analytical approach
  • Self-motivated with appetite to take on a wide range of challenges
