We are a national social justice charity with more than 50 years’ experience of changing lives, building stronger communities, and reducing crime. You could now help us make an even bigger impact going forward.

Our services in Lincolnshire help vulnerable young people, who are homeless or are threatened with homelessness, to live independently. We can offer employment within an established team that employs a non-judgemental approach, sensitivity and understanding.

Our aim is to inspire the young people we support to be ambitious and embrace new opportunities. We offer transparent, positive, and open working environments that foster inclusive working cultures and encourage creativity and an engaging mind-set. We enable the young people we support to have new experiences and develop new skills to become independent and make a positive contribution to society.

The purpose of these services is to transform the lives of Lincolnshire’s most vulnerable young people and our vision is to ensure every person in our services is given the support they need to have a chance at a brighter future.

The ideal candidate must have at least one year’s professional experience of working with Young People or at least three years’ experience of providing care and/or support services within another social care setting.

We are looking for an individual with great communication and time-management skills, who possesses the ability to remain calm in stressful situations, be flexible and open to change, and work collaboratively with others. You must hold a Level 2 understanding of computers, word processing and updating computer databases.

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
