Want to be part of this? We’re currently recruiting for a Home Ownership Advisor to join our Home Ownership team.

 

What you’ll achieve in the role:

The overall purpose of this role is to maintain and develop the management service provided to current and prospective homeowners, to avoid potential lease breaches and loss of income. Key responsibilities include:

  • Day to day management of core processes and services, following regulatory requirements and working collaboratively with housing management teams.
  • Ensuring homeowners and commercial rent customers receive an excellent customer experience.
  • Dealing with questions/complaints/disputes raised by leaseholders and ensuring customers’ voices are heard.

 

What you’ll bring to Raven:

For this role, we are looking for someone with the following:

  • Good understanding of leases, with experience in a leasehold service and at least some knowledge of housing finance and regulations.
  • Additional experience including consulting on/setting service charges, collecting monies owed and, preferably, operating a home ownership service or providing landlord services.
  • Knowledge of managing processes such as RTB/RTA, Staircasing and major works consultation.”

DBS clearance will be required for this role.
