Goodman Masson are delighted to be supporting a brilliant Southern based (South West to South East) Social Housing Provider who are looking to rapidly grow their development programme. Because of this growth they are looking for several Senior Development Managers as well as more Junior Development Manager to help this expansion.
I am looking to speak with Senior Development Managers, Development Managers and PMs, from any sector with experience of residential development, the SDM will have management responsibilities for the wider team.
Key requirements for the role;
- Assist in the delivery of schemes, strategy, JV’s and programmes. Ensuring the development programme is performing to the highest standard Get involved from design through to PC Supporting the head of service with key stakeholders Reviewing the risk associated with the new build schemes Driving performance across your team and developing others Ensuring schemes are delivered on time Being able to analyse performance A great understanding of different contract types
