Here at Stonewater, exciting things are happening. We’ve created a brand-new Construction & Delivery Compliance team which will sit within our Development directorate and contribute to our ambition to build more homes for people in need.

With this in mind, we have a fantastic opportunity for an Apprentice Construction & Delivery Coordinator to undertake a wide range of often complex administrative tasks, whilst providing support to the Construction & Delivery regional teams of the Development programme.

Specifically, you’ll provide a timely, effective and customer focused response to incoming and outgoing communications via Digi post, email, and Active H. Coordinating the signing and sealing of legal documents, you’ll be checking and processing payments received for development schemes to ensure that terms of contracts / letters of appointment are met and utility accounts are closed following completion of properties.

Within the role, you’ll also undertake a Level 3 Business Administration qualification.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have excellent communication skills, able to work effectively with all levels of stakeholders.
  • Be able to work pro-actively at a fast pace and under pressure using own initiative.
  • Be a strong team player.
  • Have good literacy and numeracy skills, to include the ability to work with spreadsheets.
  • Be flexible and open to change.
  • Be an effective decision maker.
