We have an exciting opportunity for an individual to join our Property Services Team in a key leadership role. We are looking for a Compliance Manager to provide management and support for our designated Compliance Team.

 

You will play an integral role in delivering our regulatory requirements for Gas and Electrical Safety alongside Legionella, Lift Safety and Asbestos. Working closely with our key internal and external stakeholders, you will continue to lead the way in the development and implementation of risk management and strategic planning within the Group for Compliance.

 

Based at our head office in Chester, with regular travel through the region and to other locations within the group, you will undertake the role of competent person in relation to the Group’s statutory obligations for Compliance.

 

We are looking for a suitably qualified individual with a strong Compliance background. It is essential for success that you possess excellent communication skills, so you are able to relay complex information and build constructive relationships, influencing and managing expectations where necessary to guarantee positive outcomes.
