We own and manage around 40,000 homes in Warrington, St Helens, Liverpool and beyond, making Torus the region’s largest affordable housing provider. 

If you are looking to really make a difference in the community and you are a qualified solicitor (or equivalent) who wants to practice, support a successful legal dept. and personally develop your own skills we want to hear from you.

This is an important role in which you will:

• Be responsible for your own caseload. 
• To ensure the Legal Team provide professional, high quality service to all internal clients (stakeholders).
• To support with internal enquiries, audits, requests for assistance or guidance.
• To provide training to internal clients on relevant housing related matters. 

• Gain exposure to managerial/budget related tasks for growth and development.  

To be successful in this role you will:

• Be a fully qualified solicitor or equivalent. 
• Be motivated, dynamic and aspirational. 

• Be able to work independently, managing your own caseload.  
• Enjoy working as part of a team and have excellent communication skills.
