Hours - 35 hours (plus 5 hours paid lunch breaks)
Location - Edmund House, Birmingham (hybrid working 2 day per week from the Birmingham office)

Your Role
As our People Operations Team Leader, you'll oversee and elevate our first-line support, ensuring it aligns with best practices and Nacro values. You'll manage a dedicated People Coordination team, creating a seamless and supportive experience for employees from onboarding to departure. This role isn't just about managing processes; it's about shaping the way we engage with our people.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a dynamic team in providing exceptional first-line support and guidance to colleagues.
- Enhance the employee experience by ensuring smooth processes throughout their journey at Nacro.
- Spearhead the pay review process and drive operational excellence.
- Collaborate with Policy Owners to keep policies in line with legal requirements and Nacro values.
- Manage relationships with key suppliers, ensuring effective benefits delivery.
- Facilitate the growth of our benefits offering through innovative thinking and collaboration.
- Lead the review of people policies and processes to maintain a supportive environment.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience leading end-to-end administrative and advisory people operations services.
- Expertise in analysing and reporting people data to inform decision-making.
- Proficiency in HR systems management and customisation for organisational needs.
- Proven track record of developing and communicating progressive and inclusive people policies.
- Skill in managing diverse stakeholders and balancing competing priorities.
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and people management skills.
- Resilience in ambiguous situations, with a penchant for sound decision-making.
- Demonstrated commitment to confidentiality, neutrality, and sensitivity.
