Talent & Resourcing Team Leader

Job type: Permanent, full time

Hours: 35 per week (+5 hours paid lunch)

Salary: £36,842 per annum

Location: Hybrid working (home and Birmingham office)

About Us

What You'll Do
Team Leadership: Lead a team of Talent & Resourcing Specialists, driving excellence in recruitment practices and fostering a collaborative environment.
Strategic Partnerships: Serve as the primary liaison with our managed service provider, recruitment advertising agency, and applicant tracking system provider.
Diversity Champion: Champion diversity and inclusion, embedding it into all our recruitment activities and tracking success towards achieving our EDI targets.
Training: Deliver comprehensive recruitment training sessions, both in person and remotely, ensuring that our hiring managers are well-equipped for effective recruitment and onboarding.
Direct Recruitment: Direct and lead Support Services recruitment, working closely with department heads and directors to fill vacancies.
Operational Reporting: Participate in People Operations meetings to report on current activity levels and contribute to our resourcing agenda.
Event Management: Take charge of managing Nacro's presence at recruitment, job, and career fairs, collaborating with our marketing team to maximise our impact.
