Development Project Manager
Salary: £45,000 to £52,000 (DOE) per annum plus excellent benefits
Hours: 35 hours per week – we are also ‘Happy to Talk Flexible Working’
Contract Type: Permanent
Location: Hybrid working – a mix of attendance at our office in Speke/home working.

What will your role be?
You will support our Head of Development & Growth in the delivery of our new build developments which incorporate a mix of Social and Affordable Rent, Rent to Buy and Shared Ownership properties. Taking the lead in the identification of suitable sites and managing all aspects of the project from initial design and financial appraisal through to practical completion and site handover.
You will ensure all projects are completed on time, to standard and in line with approved budgets. Also ensuring compliance with requirements set out by Homes England funding and Capital Funding Audit Requirements

You'll be a vital part of our small and dedicated team and have substantial residential housing development experience with the ability to make decisions and work effectively with key stakeholders to ensure homes are built to time, budget, and quality requirements.
