Director (Property Maintenance & Climate Change)
37 hours per week, Hybrid working
Salary up to £94,891 pa

We are looking for an exceptional person to lead our property maintenance team.  We are investing £150 million in people’s homes over the next five years with a target of being net zero by 2030.

Reporting directly to the Chief Executive you will be responsible for:

• Housing Repairs and Building Safety
• Extensive investment and delivery of capital programme
• Asset Management Strategy
• Climate change

You will ensure statutory and regulatory compliance across your service areas.  You will bring experience of successfully managing property services at director level, as well as a sound understanding of property legislation/regulation and experience of working within a local authority environment.
