The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new team focused on delivering excellent customer services within the Repairs and Investment section of Landlord Services. We are currently looking to recruit three new posts.

The role will provide you with experience of facilitating the in-house and contracted delivery of repairs and planned works in tenants’ homes. You will use your exceptional communication skills to proactively prevent, investigate, manage and resolve issues and complaints raised by residents and provide tailored support to those requiring, expecting, receiving or affected 
by works.

Who are we looking for?

Our ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills, be computer literate, work well within a team of like-minded individuals, and be able to manage challenging situations and complex caseloads effectively.

If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, have a positive attitude and want to make a real difference to our customers every day, then we would like to hear from you!

You should have GCSEs or equivalent in Maths and English. A driving licence and access to a vehicle to travel throughout the Borough is required.
