This role offers an exceptional opportunity to join the Housing Directorate in an ambitious high performing organisation. Join our strategic delivery team to provide advice, guidance and direction on the Councils landlord function, Housing Solutions, Rough Sleeping, Elderly Services (including Lincare) and Housing Administration and Business Support.
You must possess a minimum of two years management and leadership experience. Experience of management in the ‘social’ housing industry workforce is also essential. You will be qualified to degree level education and/or relevant professional qualification and possess highly developed communication skills.
Your strong work ethic and passion for improvement will mean you are a results-driven person who can also motivate your teams. As someone with management and leadership experience, you’ll understand how to delegate effectively and how to ensure others deliver for you in line with expectations. Your innovative thinking means you don’t get flummoxed by obstacles – as a problem-solver, you’ll always find a way forward.
