Land and Partnership Manager  

Warrington 

Full Time – 37 hours per week  

Permanent 

£53,066 per annum (pay award pending) 

The Vacancy  

The Land & Partnership Manager will play a key role in the Housing Growth & Partnership Team in identifying, appraising, and securing land opportunities. 

The role will include partnership working with key stakeholders, for example, Local Authorities and Combined Authorities, as well as developing joint venture partnerships.   

The postholder will support the aims of Torus’ Business Plan and Corporate Objectives, growing the success of Torus Developments as a multi-tenure developer within the Liverpool City Region, Warrington and beyond.  

This is an important role in which you will: 

Create and sustain strategic partnerships with Local Authorities, Combined Authorities and other key stakeholders. 

Play a lead role in identifying strategic land acquisitions, secure land options and land/partnership/joint venture opportunities  

To lead on pre contract work for complex land led development sites. 

To be successful in this role you will: 

Have a level 6 qualification in housing, property or construction and at least five years’ experience of working in a housing, property or construction environment 

Have a track record of successful bidding for new development opportunities and land. Including experience of carrying out feasibility studies and appraisals 

Have relevant People Management and Leadership experience commensurate with the role
