Position: Contracts Manager Disrepair

Salary: £45,318

Requirements

Ability to carry out appropriate property inspections, produce detailed specifications of work itemised from the NHF schedule of rates or using composite values, and prepare estimates, plans, sketches, drawings, and photos as necessary.

Collaborate and negotiate with tenants and their representatives’ regarding works, while accurately collecting, reporting, and recording information.

Instructing solicitors on a disrepair matter, if there are historic Issues, Ability to follow process and notify solicitors immediately of all claims received.

Monitor completions and satisfaction levels for works delivered.

Chair monthly contract meetings, monitoring progress and H&S issues

To assist in the production of contract documents for invitations to tender, examine tenders and recommend contractor for works.
