Salary: £33,640 per annum
Location: Manchester - Agile
Full Time, 35 hours per a week
Fixed Term Contract / Temporary – 14 months

We're looking for a HR Advisor to join our friendly team!
You’ll provide a comprehensive and efficient employee relations advisory service to the organisation in line with Company Policies and best practice. Act as the first point of contact for all ER case work and provide a positive, first class user experience to all colleagues. Further to this you’ll provide a professional and supportive advisory and coaching service on all employment related matters
Your key responsibilities will be:

Provide advice and guidance to managers across the business on all ER colleague related matters

Operate a triage process for effective and timely handling and escalation of employment matters and case work support

Lead on ER case work for all low to medium complex cases and support managers
-
Ensure the probationary process is followed
-
Maintain our attendance and return to work framework
-
Continually develop case work handling based on lessons learnt to improve the service for manager
-
Process contractual variations
-
Act as a point of escalation for HR Co-ordinators on policy and ER queries
What we’re looking for:
-
CIPD qualified (or equivalent)
-
Operational HR advisory experience
-
Outstanding communication and customer service skills
-
Able to build relationships with managers and coach them through key processes
-
Close attention to detail with a focus on delivering quality results consistently, accurately and on time
-
Experienced in the use of HR and e learning systems (in particular Cascade), highly proficient in Microsoft Office products, in particular Word and Excel
-
Strong MI, presentation and reporting skills
