About the role

You will ensure that GreenSquareAccord (GSA) maintains a central policy framework that is fit for purpose and that we are meeting our regulatory and statutory obligations.

You will work with colleagues to ensure that the policy framework is operating efficiently to provide assurance of controls supporting GSA`s risk management processes, and that reviews of policies and procedures follow the appropriate governance route for approval.

About you

A degree level qualification in relevant subject (e.g. English)/ a qualification in Housing law/ a CIH Level 3 / 4 Certificate in Housing is desirable.

You will need awareness of legal, statutory and regulatory requirements applying to the social housing sector.

You need to have experience of undertaking research using a range of research methods and of writing or editing research-based outputs.

You need to be able to write policy documents, briefings and reports to a very high standard, including incorporating information from across the business.
