Position: Finance Business Partner - Financial Management (9 Months Fixed Term)

Salary: £61,152- £64,428 per annum plus benefits


Prepare and monitor the annual budgets and financial performance; engage all staff, including directors, with budget responsibility and support budget managers with value-for-money and new business initiatives. As Business Partner be first point of Finance contact for all internal customers. Prepare reports to EMT and Board on budgets & reforecasts for sign off by Finance Director.

Prepare the Management Accounts and ensure they accurately reflect the performance of the business and focus on the salient issues for financial management; as a key financial control, ensure the Management Accounts are routinely produced on time, and to required quality standards. Prepare reports to EMT and Board on financial performance for sign off by Finance Director.

Lead on preparation of the annual financial statements including liaison with external audit and preparation of all necessary reports for Audit & Risk and Board. Liaise with Business Partner on completion and submission of FVA to regulator.
