We have a new and exciting opportunity to join us as a Landscape and Contracts Coordinator to oversee all grounds landscape maintenance activities, ensuring they are carried out to the required standard whilst delivering great customer experiences through great places to live and community involvement.
Within this varied role, you will be responsible for supervising our landscape maintenance contractors ensuring strong working relationships are developed. You will also monitor the performance and behaviours of other contractors ensuring we are delivering the required service standards and performance level and achieving value for money.
Accountable for the overall customer experience you will liaise with our customers and colleagues to resolve service charge queries and complaints along with the resolution of individual customer queries related to Landscape Maintenance.
You will use your knowledge to provide specialist advice on grounds maintenance and horticultural works to colleagues to assist in the delivery of excellent customer focused services.
What are we looking for?
Demonstrable experience of managing landscaping and horticulture contracts
Experience of conducting surveys and producing written reports
Budget management experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
The ability to use a computerised repair and property database and Microsoft Word/Excel software. The ability to compile technical reports
Contract management skills
The ability to work within cost parameters
Knowledge of Health and Safety legislation, British Standards, Building Regulations, planning requirements and other regulations and codes of guidance applicable to a landscape maintenance role
A full driving licence is also essential for this role
