Your day will be spent working as part of the supported living team on site providing intensive housing management services to our residents, enabling residents to maintain maximum independence, promoting health and wellbeing. You will be liaising with the Estate Manager daily, supervising and directing the work of the supported living housing assistants, where no two days are ever the same.

During your day you will undertake both planned and responsive visits to residents and undertake assessments to support their health, safety and welfare needs. You will work as part of a close-knit team to resolve issues, adopting solution-focused approaches to problem solving.

You will assist the Estate Manager in implementing quality assurance and compliance checks to continually improve the standard of service and work dynamically with residents to an agreed action plan, addressing their housing needs and requirements. You will assist the Estate Manager to assess and process housing applications, property allocations and lead on efficient void turn around. You will be supported by our Housing Assistants, Administrators, Maintenance and Housekeepers.

Your focus will be to ensure residents feel safe within their homes, promoting hope, health and happiness every step of the way.


We are looking for an individual with experience or skills to supervising or managing a small team, preferably qualified to level 3 NVQ or equivalent. You’ll be experienced in supporting older people and will have a calm and compassionate nature, possessing a firm but fair approach where needed.

We ask that you are flexible as this role works on a rota basis predominantly 9am to 5pm Monday to Sunday and will be required at times to respond to emergency calls as part of an on-call schedule, for which additional remuneration is made.
