Our Group Finance Director will:

  • Manage a team of 70+ employees
  • Contribute to the debate to set the strategic direction for the whole group and its subsidiaries to ensure delivery of the group’s business plan
  • Ensure the Group meets its annual financial targets and key performance indicators
  • Deliver business outcomes, targets and key performance indicators to support delivery of the corporate plan through strong financial management, budgetary control and project and business planning
  • Ensure the timely and accurate preparation of budgetary and statutory accounts and returns
  • Have responsibility for defining and maintaining compliance with the Corporate Business Plan and assumptions and Finance Strategy Golden Rules
  • Have responsibility for compliance in all areas relating to tax, pensions, rent setting, treasury management policy and loan covenants
