With a little over 207,000 residents and 7,000 businesses throughout this city, this unitary authority's main goal is to ensure the best care and development of all those within the city.

The Housing Revenue Account provides for approximately 15,500 council owned properties across the city, and in some neighbouring boroughs, with a gross budget of over £110m per annum. Tenant support is provided via seven housing area offices across the estate. From customer service to multi-million pound projects, our residents and tenants are at the heart of everything we do.
