And for our customers, it means placing their voice at the very centre of our decision-making.

This role has a national profile within social housing. We’re looking for an organisational leader with a breadth of expertise and experience in our core business – who knows the sector and its challenges well, and who shares our commitment to addressing the things that matter most to our customers.

You’ll be a champion for great customer service and have a clear sense of how effective performance management and monitoring underpins and enhances service delivery.
