Campbell Tickell are proud to be recruiting for the role of a Head of Finance with Cornwall Rural Housing Association (CRHA).

Cornwall Rural Housing Association (CRHA) is a leading provider of good quality affordable rural homes across Cornwall and on the Isles of Scilly.

CRHA provides a mix of affordable and social rental homes as well as providing shared ownership opportunities making a real difference to nearly a thousand local people in our rural communities.

With the impending retirement of our long serving Head of Finance we are looking for someone to build on our achievements and take us forward in the next step of our journey, to evolve thrive and grow.

You will have responsibility for the strategic and operational business planning, financial and treasury management for CRHA and be the expert advisor to our Chief Executive and Board. Working closely with the Chief Executive and our Head of Homes and Customers you will have a shared responsibility to provide inspirational leadership for all colleagues in achieving our strategic objectives.

You will be a qualified accountant from the social housing sector, with a successful track record in financial management in a comparable or larger sized and similarly complex organisation.
