Assistant Director Homes and Safety

Cobalt Housing is undergoing a period of ambitious transformation and change, as the organisation moves into a new phase of growth in the delivery of its Corporate Plan. 

As Assistant Director - Homes and Safety, you will join a newly formed Senior Leadership Team and will play a fundamental role in helping us to achieve our future ambitions. Your key areas of responsibility will include the development and delivery of our Asset Management, Sustainability and Health and Safety strategies. You will oversee our multi-million pound stock investment and energy improvement works and the delivery of our corporate health and safety and building safety requirements.

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic leader, who can inspire and develop colleagues and lead by example. You’ll ensure that everything we do aligns with our corporate priorities and the external operating environment, including the Regulator of Social Housing Regulator’s Safety and Home standard, as part of the wider Consumer Standards.
