Up to £75,000 per annum | Didcot

 

Campbell Tickell are proud to be recruiting for the role of a Head of Asset Management at Soha.

Soha Housing is a successful, award winning, community-based mutualised housing association working in and around Oxfordshire and neighbouring counties which owns and manages over 7,000 homes.

With a workforce of around 160 we help to provide homes and services for affordable rent and properties for shared ownership and independent living.

Having well maintained and safe homes is critical to our ability to deliver better life chances for our tenants and home owners. We are looking for an experienced asset management professional who is serious about building safety and compliance, applies rigour when it comes to asset management, and is passionate about providing places that people are proud to call home.

You will have a strong track record in asset management gained in a social housing setting and the ability to deliver excellence in both long-term planning and in leading our dedicated asset management and sustainability teams. Ideally you would also have some experience in procurement and contract management.
