It’s an exciting time at Aspire Housing and we have an opportunity for you to join our expanding HOME service in house repairs team.

The role within Aspire Housing is to lead and manage a team of delivery & contract managers responsible for to time, cost and quality targets ,delivering a maintenance service to be proud of.

You will lead a team of delivery and contract managers who take responsibility for the delivery of contracts and work streams resolving our customer issues, hitting the service targets, and ensuring that repairs are dealt with in a timely and customer focused way you, to deliver positive outcomes for customers. 

You will be able to organise and prioritise you and your teams workload to meet tight deadlines whilst ensuring quality and compliance. 

As we are always thinking of smarter, simpler, and slicker ways of doing things through our systems and processes, being adaptable to change, collaborating with others and the desire to improve the lives of our diverse customers is key. 

You will need to hit the ground running; you should have experience within the building maintenance industry managing a repairs service in order to maintain and improve our 9000-homes.
