What will you do?

Lead the commissioning, oversight, and inspection of repairs and maintenance for gas, mechanical, electrical, and water systems across our residential housing.

Develop and implement innovative programs that reduce carbon emissions and move our homes towards an EPC C-rate by 2030.

Manage and deliver major works, cyclical maintenance, and investment programs, ensuring value for money and resident satisfaction.

Oversee external contractors, guaranteeing

The successful candidate:

Has a proven track record managing major works, cyclical repairs, and stock improvement programs in residential housing.

Is a strategic leader with experience in managing contractors and delivering high-quality, cost-effective services.

Possesses a strong commitment to resident engagement and satisfaction. Is passionate about sustainability and driving positive environmental change.

Holds a Chartered Institute for Housing Level 4 qualification. high standards, adherence to regulations, and cost-effectiveness Lead a team of professionals and drive a positive, performance-oriented culture.
