About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Reward Manager to join our HR team on a permanent basis in our London office - five-minutes' walk from Euston and will involve hybrid working.
Reporting directly to the Group HR Director, and managing a Reward Co-ordinator, the role is to provide technical reward expertise to manage all elements of Guinness's approach to pay, pensions and benefits, ensuring our offer is competitive, fair and equitable, and enables Guinness to attract and retain talented colleagues. The role also includes undertaking pay modelling and providing calculations and analysis to inform pay decisions.What we're looking for
We're looking for a Reward Specialist who thrives in a busy environment, demonstrates professionalism and a flexible and pragmatic approach and is keen to work for a values-driven, people-centric organisation.
You'll be able to demonstrate:
Essential:
- Significant, in-depth experience of compensation and benefits, with up-to-date market knowledge.
- Knowledge and experience of managing pension schemes.
- Significant experience in job evaluation and grading systems.
- Highly numerate and analytical; able to manage data from a range of sources, undertake complex calculations in excel and provide cost modelling and pay calculations.
- Good attention to detail and highly organised
- Experience of working in a customer service environment.
- Excellent ability to manage stakeholder relationships at all levels.
- Good experience of managing third party supplier contracts.
- Excellent oral and written communications.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, with intermediate or advanced excel skills (including pivot tables).
Desirable:
- Knowledge of aligning reward policy and practices to business objectives
- Experience of multi-site and multi-disciplinary environment.
- Experience of working in the housing sector.
Qualifications
Essential:
- Educated to Level 6 (degree or equivalent) or higher
Desirable:
- "A" Level in Applied Business Studies or Maths
- Membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (MCIPD).
