Title: Metering Specialist known internally as a "Heat Network Metering and Billing Specialist"

Location: Beeston, Nottingham, NG9 1LA

Salary: £30,802- £32,423 based on a permanent 37.5hr week contract - office & home based working.

The Heat Network Metering and Billing (HMB) specialist is responsible for managing a defined group of contracts mainly delivering district/ communal heating and metering and billing services to our properties. The ideal applicant will play an important role in supporting the Heat Network Metering and Billing Manager with accurate and efficient billing, as well as providing exceptional customer service to our residents. This fascinating role demands solid technical expertise in heat metering systems and billing processes.

The HMB specialist key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee MTVH managed heat networks, ESCos, heat metering and billing and externally managed heat networks
  • Be the main point of contact for contractors, front line staff, stakeholders and customers regarding queries relating to your contracts.
  • Communicate effectively and professionally to solve issues, monitor progress, and work proactively to meet the needs of the business.
  • Support the effective delivery of planned preventative maintenance, responsive repairs and any planned programmes.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to relevant Industry legislation
