We have an exciting opportunity for a Property Compliance Manager. This role is a critical member of the Property Team, reporting to the Head of Property Services, and influences the whole breadth of housing and support services.
You will lead Advance’s landlord health and safety compliance and servicing functions, whilst leading a team to drive performance and enhancing the services we offer to our customers. You will provide effective contractor management, driving performance improvements across the department, whilst providing collaborative leadership to the Property Compliance Team.
Advance is a sector-leading specialist provider in housing and support for people with learning disabilities and mental health conditions. With properties from Cornwall to Lincolnshire, we make a real difference to people’s lives. Advance’s housing is relatively small in numbers (about 2,300 tenants and leaseholders) where we continue to develop and our dedicated teams work hard to ensure we make a genuine impact.

As a successful Property Compliance Manager you will be able to demonstrate the following:
- Experience in property compliance functions
- Lead a team of Compliance Officers
- Drive performance through strong contract management
- Excellent customer service
- Strong knowledge of property compliance legislation
