Assistant Director Asset Management

Salary:  Up to £127,000

Over the last year Haringey has embarked on a journey of transformation and change. We have established a detailed housing improvement plan, making considerable progress in improving the quality of our 20,000 homes.

As the Assistant Director for Asset Management, you will play a crucial role in continuing the momentum of change, managing the council’s housing asset management and investment strategy and overseeing housing investment programmes of £650m over seven years to ensure the council’s homes are compliant with all relevant regulations and standards.

For this newly created role, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to deliver on Haringey’s corporate plan to create a safe, sustainable, and affordable home for everyone.  You will be experienced in large scale capital works delivery, social housing asset management and contract management.
