Local Space has grown in the last five years and now owns 3000 homes with a turnover of c.£40m and we are still growing. We are a G1 / V1 rated RP (Registered Provider). We are Investors in People accredited and are the only housing association to hold the sector’s highest credit rating, AA-.
We aim to improve our customer offer by increasing the number of homes we manage over the next few years as well as increasing our housing stock. Position
Position: Property Services Administration Officer
Salary: £35,545 per annum, plus benefits
Requirements
- To provide administrative support for compliance within our Assets, both residential and commercial.
- Assist with maintaining accurate records for compliancy and asset management computer systems.
- Provide administrative support to Property Services Team for the completion and variation of orders, processing of invoices and preparing reports for KPI data.
- Provide effective follow up action to ensure that repair and maintenance works are carried out in accordance with response times and deadline complete.
- Assisting with the preparation of briefs, tendering packs and documentation relating to the selection of consultants / contractors for Local Space as relevant to the department.
- Being the first point of contact for all customers (such as residents, managing agents, contractors, suppliers, freeholders etc.) on all tenancy and repair related matters through a range of channels, including, but not limited to, face-to-face, telephone, email, text and web self-service.
